An Amazon seller (OP) asked: What can they replace Helium 10 AI Advertising with?

After three months of automation, $2.25K in PPC spend, and a stubborn 37% ACoS (nearly double the 20% target), OP was ready to ditch the tool. 

Kind of controversial, but OP rated the results a solid C. 👎

But the sharper advice cut deeper: automation can only optimize the structure you hand it.

One seller put it bluntly: “If your campaigns are chaotic, your AI will deliver… optimized chaos.”

AI PPC tools can help, but only after the foundation is clean. Tight structure, thoughtful negatives, overlap control, and realistic ACoS expectations matter far more than whichever software you switch to.
