If you're an Amazon FBA seller with an e-com site, this might be the good news you've been waiting for! Now, Amazon will allow sellers to add a Buy With Prime button on their websites. This will enable shoppers to buy from the merchant's website without visiting the Amazon marketplace as Amazon continues to fulfill orders.
Why a Prime button on your e-com site is beneficial:
The launch of Buy With Prime is also an expansion of the company's sizable footprint in the logistics sector and a way to compete with Shopify directly. Most small and medium-sized businesses prefer to sell on Shopify due to the freedom they have when managing their store. The same cannot be said for Amazon, as even branding aspects can feel heavily regulated at times and collect data on what you sell.
But, as a seller, you can't deny the fact that Amazon provides extreme convenience, especially when it comes to fulfillment and shipping your products. With the Buy With Prime program, you get to rely on Amazon FBA to fulfill your products, a relief to many.
However, any convenience that Amazon presents its sellers comes with a price. Amazon will indeed charge its merchants undisclosed fees for this feature, however, sellers are not required to pay a fixed subscription fee or sign a long-term contract. You can choose to expand your selection or cancel at any time.

In an announcement made by Amazon, they revealed the availability of a new storage type. You can now store extra-large items independent of oversized storage. This became effective on April 18, 2022.
What does this mean for you?
That said, it's important to note that the FBA quantity limits for these two storage type categories will be counted separately. There's a limit set for extra-large and oversize items, and the limit will depend on your past and forecasted sales.
Not sure if you have any existing inventory that will qualify under extra-large storage? You can check the dimensions of your items in the Monthly Storage Fees report!

Reddit user u/ImportYeti thanked Redditors on the Fulfillment By Amazon subreddit for their feedback on the ongoing "look up any company's suppliers" tool. This tool, ImportYeti, advertises that it can search through 90,000,000 public shipping records so a seller can find the best and quality supplier. Through this, it claims to be a "thousand times easier than Alibaba alone."
According to them, ImportYeti can answer questions like:
Who makes American Barbell's epic dumbells?
Is Nanton Leston Fitness Co. the right supplier for barbells?
These are questions that a seller would want to know before fully committing to a supplier. In addition, Redditors actually helped improve the tool by giving feedback through over the 1,100 comments on the thread, suggesting ways to further improve it based on their experiences as sellers.
With the help of their feedback, new country graphs and vendor tables were introduced, and the site's speed was also improved. Truly, it's a collaborative effort between the developer and Amazon sellers on Reddit. Additionally, ImportYeti developers made it clear that they are open to suggestions on the further development of this tool.

For many years, Amazon Prime Day was held in July. However, due to the pandemic’s global impacts, Prime Day 2020 was pushed further to October. In 2021, the annual Prime Day returned to its traditional summer date, still veering from the typical schedule as it occurred in June.
Although Amazon has not yet officially announced the dates for Amazon Prime Day 2022, marketplace experts predict after the second week of July, probably on the 11th or 18th. This is also because Prime Day usually begins on a Monday, aligning with this prediction.
This shift is presumed due to Amazon changing the FBA Inventory Cutoff Date from June 30 to June 20. On average, the cutoff date happens 24 days before Prime Day, so it might happen in the second week of July.
How can you prepare for Amazon Prime Day?
